We were commissioned to design and make stained glass panels for some new oak doors. The clients can see the Malvern hills from their property and wanted this scene to be framed by two trees. The stunning streaky hand-blown cylinder glass was made to order for this project by English Antique Glass. The leaves have been painted and shaded by Aidan Mcrae Thomson and then silver stained to give them their rich golden appearance. The supporting metalwork has been painstakingly fabricated to follow and accentuate the design.
